Order Cancellations: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds: You may request a refund or replacement if:

Due to hygiene protocols and global dropshipping logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for a refund or replacement.
